Day 1 – Surabaya → Tumpak Sewu

Pick up at Surabaya train station, airport, or bus station.
The pick-up time is flexible according to your arrival time.

Journey to the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall area.
16.30 pm – 17.30 pm
Arrival at Tumpak Sewu, check in at the homestay.
17.30 pm onwards
Free time and rest.

Day 2 – Explore Tumpak Sewu → Bondowoso / Ijen

Explore the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall area:
* Tumpak Sewu panoramic viewpoint
* Hike down to the base of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall
* Nirvana Cliff
* Goa Tetes Waterfall
11.00 am – 12.00 pm
Return to the homestay, shower and prepare for the journey.
12.00 pm
Depart for Bondowoso / Ijen area.
17.00 pm – 18.00 pm
Arrival at the hotel/homestay in Bondowoso, check in and rest.

Day 3 – Ijen → Bromo / Cemoro Lawang

Pick up from the hotel and depart for Paltuding, Ijen.

Start the hike to Ijen Crater.
03.30 am
Arrive around the Blue Fire area, subject to local conditions and regulations.
04.00 am – 05.00 am
Continue to the Ijen viewpoint.
05.00 am – 06.00 am
Enjoy the sunrise and spectacular views of Ijen Crater.
06.30 am – 07.30 am
Descend back to Paltuding.
07.30 am – 08.30 am
Return to the vehicle, breakfast/snack and rest.
08.30 am
Depart Ijen area toward Cemoro Lawang / Bromo.
Approximately 15.00 pm – 16.00 pm
Arrival in Cemoro Lawang, check in hotel/homestay.

Free time and rest in preparation for the Bromo sunrise tour.

Day 4 – Bromo Sunrise → Surabaya ( Milkyway Actifities at mentigen hill before bromo sunrise tour )

Wake up and prepare for the Bromo sunrise tour.

Start the Bromo jeep tour.
The jeep will take you to the sunrise viewpoint, such as King Kong Hill or Penanjakan Hill, depending on weather and crowd conditions.

Activities:

* Enjoy the sunrise over Mount Bromo
* Panoramic view of Mount Bromo and Mount Semeru
* Jeep ride through the Sea of Sand
* Photo stop at Lembah Widodaren
* Hike to Bromo Crater — approximately 40 minutes
* Explore the Bromo area

Time spent at the mountain is flexible.

Return to the hotel/homestay.

Breakfast, shower and prepare for check-out.
11.00 am – 12.00 pm
Check out and depart from Cemoro Lawang toward Surabaya.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on your behalf and/or on behalf of all participants included in your booking.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

2.1 Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm any booking starting from surabaya.
• The booking is considered valid once the deposit is received and an official confirmation has been sent by INTO EAST JAVA.

2.2 Final Payment

• The remaining 70% balance must be paid in cash or by bank transfer (if available) directly to the guide/driver upon your arrival.

2.3 Payment Currency

• All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by INTO EAST JAVA

• If the tour is canceled by INTO EAST JAVA for reasons other than force majeure (see Section 5), a full refund will be issued.

3.2 Cancellation by the Client

• Full refund: Cancellation at least 30 days before the tour date.
• No refund: Cancellation on the day of departure or after the tour has started.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Withdrawal During the Tour

• No refund will be provided if the client decides to leave the tour after it has started, regardless of the reason.

4.2 Force Majeure

• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, landslides, earthquakes, volcanic activity, or any unforeseeable events beyond our control), INTO EAST JAVA will make every effort to offer alternatives.
• No refund will be provided in cases of force majeure.
• If a tourist site closes before the tour begins, the itinerary may be adjusted or modified upon mutual agreement.
• If a closure occurs during the tour, an alternative itinerary will be provided with no refund options.

4.3 Weather Conditions

• Tours operate in both sunny and rainy weather.
• Mountain conditions (e.g., Bromo or Ijen) are unpredictable.
• No refund or discount will be given if weather conditions affect visibility or the overall tour experience.

4.4 Client Acknowledgment

• By booking, the client confirms that they understand and accept the inherent risks of outdoor activities.

5. Force Majeure

INTO EAST JAVA is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Riots or armed conflicts
• Government decisions
• Strikes or transport disruptions

Alternatives may be offered, but refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Client Responsibilities

By booking a tour, the client declares that they:

✅ Will follow the safety instructions provided by the guide/driver

✅ Will respect local culture, the environment, and other participants

INTO EAST JAVA is not liable for injuries or incidents caused by the client’s negligence or failure to follow instructions.

7. Travel Insurance

INTO EAST JAVA does not provide travel insurance. Clients are strongly advised to purchase personal insurance covering medical emergencies, travel cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

8. Itinerary Modifications & Adjustments

• INTO EAST JAVA reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety reasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any major changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
• Minor adjustments made for technical or comfort reasons cannot be used as grounds for a refund
