2. Réservation et paiement

2.1 Dépôt :

• UN 30% dépôt non remboursable du prix total du voyage est requis pour les voyages au départ de Bali ou de Surabaya.

2.2 Paiement du solde :

• Le solde restant peut être payé en espèces au guide/chauffeur désigné à l'arrivée.

2.3 Modes de paiement :

• Les paiements peuvent être effectués via carte de crédit (PayPal) ou d'autres méthodes spécifiées par INTO EAST JAVA.

3. Politique d'annulation

3.1 Annulation par INTO EAST JAVA :

• Des remboursements complets seront émis si INTO EAST JAVA annule le voyage, sauf en cas de force majeure (voir Section 5).

3.2 Annulation par le Client :

• Remboursement intégral si annulé at least 30 days before departure.
• Aucun remboursement pour les annulations effectuées le jour du départ.

4. Politique de remboursement

4.1 Annulation en cours de tournée :

• Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué si les invités décident de mettre fin à la visite après son début, pour quelque raison que ce soit.

4.2 Cas de force majeure :

• Si des catastrophes naturelles (par exemple, glissements de terrain, tremblements de terre) surviennent après le début de la visite, INTO EAST JAVA cherchera des solutions alternatives. (Aucun remboursement.)

4.3 Problèmes liés à la météo :

• La météo est indépendante de notre volonté. Les visites ont lieu qu'il pleuve ou qu'il fasse beau, car les conditions en montagne (par exemple Bromo/Ijen) sont imprévisibles.
• Aucun remboursement ni réduction si la météo affecte la visibilité ou l'expérience globale.

4.4 Accusé de réception du client :
En réservant, les clients acceptent les risques liés aux visites en extérieur, y compris les conditions météorologiques défavorables.

5. Force majeure

INTO EAST JAVA est non responsable En cas d'annulation ou de perturbation due à des événements incontrôlables (par exemple, catastrophes naturelles, guerre, politiques gouvernementales), des alternatives peuvent être proposées, mais aucun remboursement sera émis.

6. Modifications d'itinéraire

INTO EAST JAVA se réserve le droit de modifier les itinéraires en cas d'urgence (par exemple, conditions météorologiques, fermetures de routes). Des alternatives adaptées seront proposées, mais les frais supplémentaires sont à la charge du client.

7. Assurance voyage

Nous je recommande fortement tous les invités souscrivent une assurance voyage couvrant les frais médicaux, les blessures et la perte/les dommages des objets personnels. INTO EAST JAVA est pas responsable pour les pertes dues aux voyageurs non assurés.

8. Santé et sécurité

• Les invités doivent s'assurer qu'ils sont en bonne forme physique et en bonne santé pour la tournée.
• Divulguer les conditions médicales lors de la réservation.
• INTO EAST JAVA peut refuser la participation si un invité est jugé inapte.

9. Conduite

Les clients doivent se comporter de manière respectueuse envers le personnel, les autres voyageurs et les habitants. INTO EAST JAVA peut éloigner les invités perturbateurs sans remboursement.
