Welcome to INTO EAST JAVA. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, safe, and comfortable travel experience for all our guests.

- Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on your behalf and/or on behalf of all participants included in your booking.

- Booking & Payment Policy
2.1 Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm any booking starting from Banyuwangi.
- The booking is considered valid once the deposit is received and an official confirmation has been sent by INTO EAST JAVA.
2.2 Final Payment
- The remaining 70% balance must be paid in cash or by card (if available) directly to the guide/driver upon your arrival.
2.3 Payment Currency
- All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

- Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by INTO EAST JAVA
- If the tour is canceled by INTO EAST JAVA for reasons other than force majeure (see Section 5), a full refund will be issued.
3.2 Cancellation by the Client
- Full refund: Cancellation at least 30 days before the tour date.
- No refund: Cancellation on the day of departure or after the tour has started.

4.1 Withdrawal During the Tour
- No refund will be provided if the client decides to leave the tour after it has started, regardless of the reason.
4.2 Force Majeure
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, landslides, earthquakes, volcanic activity, or any unforeseeable events beyond our control), INTO EAST JAVA will make every effort to offer alternatives.
- No refund will be provided in cases of force majeure.
- If a tourist site closes before the tour begins, the itinerary may be adjusted or modified upon mutual agreement.
- If a closure occurs during the tour, an alternative itinerary will be provided with no refund options.
4.3 Weather Conditions
- Tours operate in both sunny and rainy weather.
- Mountain conditions (e.g., Bromo or Ijen) are unpredictable.
- No refund or discount will be given if weather conditions affect visibility or the overall tour experience.
4.4 Client Acknowledgment
- By booking, the client confirms that they understand and accept the inherent risks of outdoor activities.

- Force Majeure
INTO EAST JAVA is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Riots or armed conflicts
- Government decisions
- Strikes or transport disruptions
Alternatives may be offered, but refunds are not guaranteed.

- Client Responsibilities
By booking a tour, the client declares that they:
✅ Are in good physical condition to participate in the activities
✅ Have informed the organizer of any medical issues
✅ Will follow the safety instructions provided by the guide/driver
✅ Will respect local culture, the environment, and other participants

- Travel Insurance
INTO EAST JAVA does not provide travel insurance. Clients are strongly advised to purchase personal insurance covering medical emergencies, travel cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

- Itinerary Modifications & Adjustments
- INTO EAST JAVA reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety reasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Any major changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
- Minor adjustments made for technical or comfort reasons cannot be used as grounds for a refund
