10.00 am – 13.00 pm : pick up at train station , airports, or bus station. Start the ride to Cemorolawang village ( the schedule is flexible according to your arrival )
15.00 pm – 16.00 pm : arrive at cemorolawang, check in hotel, free time.

02.30- 03.00 am : waking up time, preparing for Bromo hike
O3.00 am : start of Bromo trip. The jeep driver will take you to the sunrise point, Kingkong Hill or Penanjakan Hill. We’ll try to take you to less-crowded spot with best view.

01.30 am : Arrive at basecamp Paltuding area (Prepare equipment while waiting for climbing hours)
02.00 : Start climbing
03.30am : Arrive at blue fire spot area
04.00 am – 05.00 am : Start going to view point
05.00 am – 05.30 am : Arrive at the view point/sunrise points (spent time enjoying the mountain)
07.00 am : Return to basecamp Paltuding area
08.00 am : Arrive in Paltuding area (Break and morning snack), time spent in the mountain is flexible
08.30 am : Journey to Ketapang Harbour
10.00 am : arrive at ketapang harbour, board the ferry to gilimanuk & Hotel Tranfer from gilimanuk to munduk, End trip

Welcome to INTO EAST JAVA. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, safe, and comfortable travel experience for all our guests.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on your behalf and/or on behalf of all participants included in your booking.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

2.1 Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm any booking starting from Banyuwangi.
• The booking is considered valid once the deposit is received and an official confirmation has been sent by INTO EAST JAVA.

2.2 Final Payment

• The remaining 70% balance must be paid in cash or by card (if available) directly to the guide/driver upon your arrival.

2.3 Payment Currency

• All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by INTO EAST JAVA

• If the tour is canceled by INTO EAST JAVA for reasons other than force majeure (see Section 5), a full refund will be issued.

3.2 Cancellation by the Client

• Full refund: Cancellation at least 30 days before the tour date.
• No refund: Cancellation on the day of departure or after the tour has started.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Withdrawal During the Tour

• No refund will be provided if the client decides to leave the tour after it has started, regardless of the reason.

4.2 Force Majeure

• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, landslides, earthquakes, volcanic activity, or any unforeseeable events beyond our control), INTO EAST JAVA will make every effort to offer alternatives.
• No refund will be provided in cases of force majeure.
• If a tourist site closes before the tour begins, the itinerary may be adjusted or modified upon mutual agreement.
• If a closure occurs during the tour, an alternative itinerary will be provided with no refund options.

4.3 Weather Conditions

• Tours operate in both sunny and rainy weather.
• Mountain conditions (e.g., Bromo or Ijen) are unpredictable.
• No refund or discount will be given if weather conditions affect visibility or the overall tour experience.

4.4 Client Acknowledgment

• By booking, the client confirms that they understand and accept the inherent risks of outdoor activities.

5. Force Majeure

INTO EAST JAVA is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Riots or armed conflicts
• Government decisions
• Strikes or transport disruptions

Alternatives may be offered, but refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Client Responsibilities

By booking a tour, the client declares that they:

✅ Are in good physical condition to participate in the activities

✅ Have informed the organizer of any medical issues

✅ Will follow the safety instructions provided by the guide/driver

✅ Will respect local culture, the environment, and other participants

INTO EAST JAVA is not liable for injuries or incidents caused by the client’s negligence or failure to follow instructions.

7. Travel Insurance

INTO EAST JAVA does not provide travel insurance. Clients are strongly advised to purchase personal insurance covering medical emergencies, travel cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

8. Itinerary Modifications & Adjustments

• INTO EAST JAVA reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety reasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any major changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
• Minor adjustments made for technical or comfort reasons cannot be used as grounds for a refund
